As an extention of the Coaching & Training programs, a long-term Improvement Program has the benefit of guiding you through the entire improvement lifecycle with practical, real-world results. The Improvement Program I offer is NOT a lesson in boardroom analysis. The program is intended to be used on-the-floor or at-the-desk with direct input from operators and supervisors.
